Wednesday Wellness Walk

Time to walk! Walking offers a myriad of benefits for both physical and mental well-being. It's a simple yet effective form of exercise that can be easily incorporated into daily routines. Regular walking helps to improve cardiovascular health by strengthening the heart and reducing the risk of heart disease. It also aids in weight management by burning calories and increasing metabolism. Moreover, walking enhances mood and reduces stress, as it promotes the release of endorphins, the body's natural mood lifters. Additionally, it boosts creativity and cognitive function by increasing blood flow to the brain. Overall, walking is a low-impact activity with high rewards, providing a convenient and enjoyable way to enhance overall health and vitality.

Walk with us! Meet at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument at noon.

Core Flag Raising Ceremony

Core Flag Raising Ceremony

Please join us for a core flag raising ceremony for organ donor awareness. The ceremony will be held at the main entrance of Warren General Hospital at 1 pm on March 28th.

The Donate Life flag has become a national symbol of unity, remembrance and hope, while honoring those touched by donation and transplantation. Giving the gift of life is one of the most selfless legacies a person can leave behind. The concept of a flag raising is to make a unified statement about the importance of donation and represent the great need for donors and encourage people to register as a donor.
